Dedicated to Falun Gong practitioners who have faced seventeen years of persecution in China.

As tempests are blowing, angry waves clash;
The foaming sea roars, whilst lightning doth flash.
Eternal clouds march across the bleak sky,
To sailor’s dismay, the heavens now cry.

Braving the rain, the wind, the sailors stand
Against all odds because they know they’ll land
Upon soft embracing shores of freedom
Where they shall find a glorious kingdom.

Seventeen years now, these sailors have sailed;
Some of them galvanized, some of them failed.
Only with adamant faith will one pass,
For if you stumble, beware Evil’s wrath!
The storm is abating, the waves now still—
Heaven is waiting, grand vows be fulfilled!
