Anderson December 5, 2021 Robert Frost himself could not have read this poem any better, and that has made all the difference. Reply Michael Pietrack December 5, 2021 Incredibly well done! Reply Yael December 5, 2021 That’s a beautiful presentation. I love the poem, the pictures, the reading and the music together and the fact that it’s so short and to the point. Altogether lovely! Reply James Sale December 6, 2021 Brilliant poem, fabulous reading; this is real quality. Well done. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant December 6, 2021 A beautiful poem given the benefit of a beautiful reading and a beautiful presentation. Perfect! Reply Brian Yapko December 6, 2021 Frost is a personal favorite of mine so I found this to be a beautiful and rich experience. A truly enchanting marriage of poem, performance, visual and music! Reply S.A.Todd December 7, 2021 Really enjoyed recording this, thanks to everyone for their kind comments. I’ve always found that doing the usual ‘prep work’ for recording pieces (ie. considering the appropriate pace, pitch, tone, timbre, breath pauses, even which accent works best) makes me appreciate the poem that much more. Reading a piece in your mind is a very different beast to performing it, much as climbing a mountain is a different kettle of fish to painting one. Looking forward to doing more! – Steve. PS. Should anyone feel so inclined, more of my past readings (both poetry and prose) can be found on my Youtube channel; just search for RamblingIdioms there. Reply Tamara Beryl Latham December 22, 2021 S.A. Todd, your reading is incomparable. The Frost poem comes alive in your poetic rendition. I love it. Keep up the excellent work. I will check out your Youtube channel. 🙂 Reply Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Δ This site uses Akismet to reduce spam.
