President Trump after conviction on May 30 (NTD)The Day After Trump’s Conviction: ‘God Knows’ by Susan Jarvis Bryant The Society May 31, 2024 Culture, Poetry 69 Comments . God Knows Tomorrow’s torched and trampled on the street. __We hear the battle cry Of demons dancing to the Devil’s beat __As truth and faith run dry. The skies are scorched with ever-rising heat __As hope and daylight die— So where are we supposed to go from here? Our tortured history’s twisted out of shape __By tongues that spin and skew. The nights are rife with thugs and drugs and rape. __The cops are far and few. Our neutered heroes buckle, bow, and scrape __To scum who run this zoo— So where are we supposed to go from here? Our liberty is rent and left for dead— __Ripped at its ragged seams By shrieking shills whose teeth and claws drip red __With decimated dreams. Our children swallow rancid rainbows fed __By fiends who feed on screams— So where are we supposed to go from here? Our soldiers fight in wars on distant shores __As terror steals our peace. Corruption struts through unobstructed doors __Assisted by police. The bought and paid for cheat in charge ignores __This nightmare that won’t cease— So where are we supposed to go from here? I burn to know; that’s why I’ve turned to you. __My heart heaves with the weight Of finding all I thought I knew untrue— __A lie that’s laced with hate. I’ve pushed on through the bluest hues of blue __To wait outside your gate— Please steer me through the chaos and the fear. . . His conviction marks a sad point in the cancerous (overgrowing) decline of our legal system, but it is only one piece. On the same day, 14 pro-democracy advocates were convicted in Hong Kong. https://www.theepochtimes.com/china/hong-kong-court-convicts-14-pro-democracy-activists-in-the-citys-biggest-national-security-case-5659340 Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Thank you, Evan. Yes – this thing is far bigger than Trump, but all those voters baying for his blood are too blind with hate to see how this will play out for we the people – sadly. Reply Roy Eugene Peterson May 31, 2024 I agree with Evan. This is a broadside assault on all of us. What a great poem, Susan! The magnificence of your words bespeak the quandary we continue to face and the need for the cream to rise to the top to topple those who carry out such travesties! Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Roy, thank you for your appreciative and supportive comment. You are spot-on when you say, “This is a broadside assault on all of us.” Reply Daniel Kemper May 31, 2024 Yeah. There is no justice system any more. Just an instrument of the state against the people. Susan, a masterfully cranked out poem. Girl’s got skills! Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 A justice system that’s “an instrument of the state against the people” (great observation) is where we’re at, Daniel. Thank you very much for your insight and your encouragement. Reply Mark Stellinga May 31, 2024 Susan, another truly stimulating piece. The ‘Left’ has now stoked an already raging inferno that will unquestionably spread to where THEY started it, several years ago, and will live to regret their treachery. Meaningful pieces like this are both painful to pen and painful to read. Damn hard not to dwell on the chaos they’re perpetrating. It’s gettin’ tough to muster a genuine smile. 🙂 Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Mark, you always come to the comments section with a keen eye for exactly what is going on. This was indeed started some years ago… I hear a poem in your wise words, and especially like the sound of “tough to muster” – I want to steal it! Thank you very much! Reply Mark Stellinga June 2, 2024 Steal away, young lady. Here’s a little diddy in keeping with your message – one of more than 50 pithy political satires I’m sure you guys would appreciate – The ‘Swamp’ Must Be Drained The favorite desert of today’s politicians – not all, but the bulk of the clan – According to one of my insider sources is currently – ‘Bribery-Pie’! Particularly those who – so I’ve been told – in exchange for a sizable piece – Will happily do as their donors demand…then cover their butts with a lie! Lobbyists circle their prey at the White House, coercing the pawns they procure To – ever so slyly – betray their constituents, knowing they haven’t a clue That most of their promises, made while campaigning, are issued for garnering votes, With little or nothing whatever in common with what they are going to do! Many know well of the graft and the fraud – yet rarely attempt to intrude, Fearing the ire of lofty incumbents – they typically won’t interfere – Leaving the few who are doing their best and have served for a number of terms To cope with the ‘customized tactics’ designed for – ‘contributors’ – year after year! A sizable portion of those who’ve had faith in the people they’ve helped to elect Are stunned to discover they’re being deceived by felons they felt they could trust! But now that we know what they’re actually doing…it’s time to wake up and unite – We need to be far more discerning when voting…and ‘draining the swamp’ is a must! Take care, M & C Wayne May 31, 2024 so eloquently put Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Wayne, many thanks! Reply James Sale May 31, 2024 Thanks Susan – a great and impassioned piece. Whatever you feel about Trump personally, this is a deeply disturbing verdict on all sorts of fronts. As you are English in origin, you will perfectly understand it if I say: in England you’ll probably get away with this kind of cr*p – we’ve had it for a 1000 years since the Conqueror; but I am not sure Americans will put up with it – this is a bad day for the West and democracy. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 James, you make some excellent observations on the English / America getting-away-with-crap front. You’re right when you say, “I am not sure Americans will put up with it” – many don’t want to put up with it and they’ve (peacefully) let their feelings be known, only to be canceled or worse… it seems “justice” the Western world over has taken sharp left on a road to Hell. I’ve just read a quote in a news comments section from Stephen Miller that sums up this debacle pretty well: Dems: “No one is above the law” except all illegal aliens we import, all leftwing rioters and violent offenders, all Deep State coup plotters, all Democrat party officials, and all Democrat prosecutors staging communist show trials of Joe Biden’s political enemies. I would like to add “the NeoCons and RINOs in the Republican Party” to the list. The world is in bad shape… but I’m still smiling and hoping! James, thank you for your keen eye and unwavering support! Reply Sally Cook May 31, 2024 Now that our President has been deemed a convicted felon by the evil ones, if he is not thrown in jail he will be placed in a network of rules. These will determine his travel and speech and limit his constitutional rights as a citizen of what we used to know as a free country. Bad as this is, it will be something all of us must learn to fear as it spreads into the arts. A very dark day as freedom dies. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Dear Sally, every word of your astute assessment of this dastardly debacle sends a chill. It is a dark day, indeed. The awful shame of the situation is many are so wrapped up in their own contempt for Trump, they don’t see the bigger picture… but George Lionel needs feeding, the hummingbirds need their syrup, and life in the backyard goes on… with a smile, for now at least. Thank you, my friend! Reply Warren Bonham May 31, 2024 Incredibly hard-hitting. The only tiny silver lining is that this may serve as the long-awaited wake-up call we’ve been waiting for. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Warren, thank you. I do believe many are waking up to the horrors… is it too little too late? Maybe. But isn’t it good to know that there might be a chance that many of us will resolve our differences to look to a united front. The hatred fomented over the past decade is at fever pitch and that’s not a good thing. Reply Cheryl Corey May 31, 2024 Wowzer, Susan. Before I came to this page, I was wondering if someone would whip up such a response to yesterday’s events. I’m not surprised that it was you! The line “demons dancing to the Devil’s beat … As truth and faith run dry” rings true in so many ways. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Cheryl, thank you for your great comment. I will admit, I had a slightly different version of this poem lined up for Evan to view. I thought the feel of that poem reflected this dreadful situation and brought the edited version to Evan’s attention… that’s why the poem looks a little more polished than some of my off-the-cuff numbers. I simply have to be honest… I’m no pro. I would also like to thank you, Cheryl, for keeping an eye on the political ball and coming up with some great stuff just lately. The truth matters! Reply Cynthia Erlandson May 31, 2024 Susan, you’ve done it again — you are truly inspired, to be able to respond to a day’s news so quickly and incisively. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Cynthia, please read my above confession to Cheryl and thank you very much for your continued support and appreciation. It means a lot to me. Reply Laura May 31, 2024 So true is every line! I sit here and ask the same question and nod my head in agreement as I read your poem.Truly a disturbing event. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Laura, you are right. It is a “truly disturbing event”, and I thank you for reading and commenting on my poem. Reply C.B. Anderson May 31, 2024 Whoa, Nelly! Why don’t you tell us how you really feel, Susan? You’ve saved some of your best tropes for this one, and I want everybody reading to know that this is far from over. Stand fast! Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 C.B., you are so right when you say, “this is far from over. Stand fast!” – what a fine mess the Western world has gotten itself into. This poem might serve to open a few more eyes to the ill wind blowing in preparation for the hurricane on the horizon. C.B., thank you for your keen eye and honesty! Reply Julian D. Woodruff May 31, 2024 The rallying cry is the chorus: So where are we supposed to go from here? A response is going to be needed, but dangerous. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Julian, I think all those who recognize the injustices of this world should stand up and speak up now without considering how it will impact them personally. As Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn quite rightly said, “This is the price a man pays for trusting his God-given soul to human dogma.” Too many are relying on those in power for their wages, handouts, their “expert” advice, and their promises. When the wages and handouts dry up and it is evident the “expert” advice and promises were a steaming crock of BS… we will ALL be in the Gulag. Now’s the time to quit the jobs and universities promoting DEI, and to stop listening to the “experts” rendering us poverty stricken with carbon tax and killing us with “kindness” – the Covid crimes are mounting daily. It’s tough, but if we don’t start speaking up now, all will be lost as it was in Russia and Germany. It will then be just a matter of time as to when they come for you… first with your conscience still intact… or last with no shred of conscience left. Reply Lannie David Brockstein May 31, 2024 Susan, we patriotic Canadians felt like this when during the truly peaceful 2022 Freedom Convoy protest at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, the Emergencies Act was unjustly implemented by the government “whose cabinet has been penetrated by the WEF”, to paraphrase Chuck De Nomolos, I mean Klaus Schwab. We also felt like this when Tamara Lich was imprisoned…for mischief. We further witnessed how corrupt the Canadian legal system is after the Emergencies Act inquiry unjustly ruled its use was justified. In 2023, the SCP published my “Freedom Convoy Song”. In its comments section, I posted a link to its literary video that I made, which features myself singing its words, whilst playing my vintage acoustic guitar that was made during the early 1950s in Chicago, USA. Susan, I hope for you to consider experimenting with composing your own melodies for the words of your own poems, and demonstrating for us how they are meant to be sung! https://classicalpoets.org/2023/03/16/on-the-anniversary-canadas-freedom-convoy-a-poem-by-lannie-brockstein/ Regarding the travesty of justice that happened yesterday, it isn’t as though the US legal system suddenly became corrupt with the kangaroo court conviction of President Trump, anymore than the medical systems in the USA, Canada, and many other countries in the West suddenly became corrupt with their worse than useless Covid flu pandemic mandates. To shine a light on the corruption of any system is typically to reveal that it has been corrupt for years, if not decades. Along with the ongoing witch hunt against President Trump by the Left supremacists and their RINO enablers, there is also the United Narcissists, I mean the United Nations that has its own ongoing witch hunt against Israel, whereby for decades it has not stopped falsely accusing Israel of the very crimes that Israel’s enemies are themselves guilty of having committed. President Trump having been convicted by a kangaroo court will probably be as effective at stopping America from voting for him to win the US 2024 election, as the corrupt ICC and ICJ recently were in stopping Israel from continuing to kill the Muslim supremacist Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip. In reality, not much has actually changed, and thus for Israel and President Trump things are mostly “business as usual”. What has changed, is that many more people than before have now become aware of how corrupt those legal systems are. The most serious threat to President Trump’s political aspirations is not the US legal system having been weaponized against him by the swamp creatures, otherwise known as the Left supremacists and their RINO enablers. Rather, it is the use of voting machines, along with hand-counted ballots that are counted using handheld optical scanners (that are basically portable voting machines), as they are equally vulnerable to being secretly programmed to weigh votes in favour of the Left supremacist and RINO candidates. There is also the threat of assassination, G-d forbid. As for how corrupt the legal and medical systems have become, regarding whether or not that means today’s day and age is the end of days, there is a reasonable argument to be made that, at the very least, these days are a historical rhyme for the end of days. Susan, I have been hoping for the speakers in your poems that shine a light on corruption also to put forth a prayer to G-d, in order to round out their messages, and as the speaker in your “God Knows” prayed, “Please steer me through the chaos and the fear.” Thank you for having done so. I hope for you to consider continuing to do so. From Lannie. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Lannie, I thoroughly appreciate your wise words and I am sure many readers will gain from reading your enlightening comment. The observation that jumps out at me is: “To shine a light on the corruption of any system is typically to reveal that it has been corrupt for years, if not decades.” It makes me think of just how long we have brushed aside and overlooked all the little, niggling power grabs our governments have foisted upon us to reach a stage whereby they can imprison us in our own homes and perform medical experiments on us and our children with the majority of the public fully behind these heinous deeds. History repeating itself indeed! Reply Brian A. Yapko June 1, 2024 “God knows” indeed, Susan. I wish I could offer a more detailed analysis of your wonderful poem but it is too sad for me to get into the details. Suffice it to say that you’ve spoken for millions of discouraged Americans who find it difficult to cope with the destruction of what was once a fair judicial system. It really bothers me that Biden can’t run on his own record and ideas but can only win by attempting to destroy his political rival. I dread what further measures he will take if this cynical attack on justice does not give him the poll numbers he wants. “So where are we supposed to go from here?” Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Brian, thank you for reading and for commenting. I know it’s a painful subject to deal with and have just noticed you have written your own poem on it… so good on you! As you once told me, for you “bearing witness” is a key component of poetry, and I agree wholeheartedly. The truth matters and the more that people hear the truth the more likely they are to stand up for it. We must NEVER put up with the treatment meted out since 2020 and by that, I mean not remaining silent. The more that evil is shown up for what it is, the more likely it is that goodness has a chance to prevail. The government has divided people in many different ways. It’s time to speak out in unison, before it’s too late. Brian, thank you! Reply Norma Pain June 1, 2024 I appreciate your poem very much Susan. Here in Canada, things are changing, seemingly for the worse but I am hoping that a great awakening will happen and the tide will eventually turn. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Norma, I am sorry to hear about Canada – the same thing is happening in my homeland and in Europe. I think the Hungarians and the Dutch are the only citizens with leaders who can make a difference. Let’s hope they do. I believe many all over the Western world are waking up and I (like you) hope the tide will turn… especially for the future generations. I believe it’s our duty to make sure our grandchildren aren’t slaves to an evil regime. Norma, it’s always lovely to hear from you. Thank you! Reply Joshua C. Frank June 1, 2024 Susan, this one is great! I love the form, and the poem summarizes what’s going on very well. I’d love to be able to list a favorite line, but they’re all so true and hard-hitting, I can’t choose just one. I’d like to write more, but I’m finding it too emotionally difficult to do so. Instead, I’ll say: I notice we’re both writing poems about realizing there’s no more hope for the world from here on. That being the case, I’d like to share something someone wrote that might be useful, expressing it better than I could have said: “Let’s just be honest for a minute. Not only does time make things get harder and harder, but the situation in the Church and world is an immense obstacle to achieving the most natural ends. Marriage, career, friendships. Seems like they shouldn’t be that hard to engender. But they are now because the world is gone over to satan, entirely. “It’s not a good idea to hope for particular goods in a world that is not equipped to deliver them. What remains to us – as a means of happiness, peace, and salvation – is God’s Holy Will. Period. “If we cannot detach from failed hopes, failed dreams, unrealized goals – if we cannot accept the bitterest trials and disappointments, then we are not worthy of Christ.” Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Josh, what a profound comment with some truly eye-opening quotes. I understand how you feel about the seeming futility of this situation. We are living under the draconian thumb of an evil regime – a government that promotes and forces lockdowns, medical experimentation, constant war, racism, depopulation… and the list goes on, making the lives of those who question and stand up to them a misery. But stand up we must. We must put on our armor of God and use our greatest weapon against evil – the Truth. You have set a brave and bold example with your poetry, and I thank you wholeheartedly for doing just that. Thank you too for your continued support and encouragement. When the going gets tough, the poets get their pens out… never stop composing… and smiling as you do it. 🙂 Reply jd June 2, 2024 I agree with all of the above. This is a hard-driving poem written by the best hard-driving poet among us. Sorry though, nothing will “serve as a wake-up call” if all the forward marching atrocities haven’t done so already. The quote from Joshua Frank says it all. I only wish I knew whom we could thank for it. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 jd, thank you so much for this, and I can most certainly see where you’re coming from with this sagacious observation, “nothing will “serve as a wake-up call” if all the forward marching atrocities haven’t done so already”. History tells us that we already have one foot in the gulag… but, ever the optimist – it’s only one foot and I’m going to do all in my power to get the word out. I hope all those waking up right this minute feel exactly the same as I do. Thank you for your continued support and your appreciation. Reply Mike Bryant June 2, 2024 Where do we go from here? Well, where are we? What is the status quo? We are living it. It is a world divided and at war along many fronts. Those FOR the status quo, that is: the rich and powerful… understand the power and money they get from revolutions and also wars. For that reason, they create, arm, provision and pay their own revolutionaries, often on opposite sides of conflicts. They place these employees at the forefronts of many “grassroots” movements and intersectional groups in order to bring that power, although counterfeit, under their own management. They have also bought and paid for most of the judiciary, the legislative and executive branches of our government, they have state governments, school boards, corporations and unions fired with what they believe is a revolutionary fervor. All those revolutions, revolutionaries and their leaders have a few things in common. They are well-paid. They are trained. They are directed. They push for change. The ideas and goals of these different groups are contradictory and ridiculous… but they all call for the destruction of everything most people everywhere have traditionally held dear. So where do we go from here? Well, they have their revolution fueled by their money and their lies. They’ve bought it to protect their lives, their power and their privilege. We have only one weapon against lies… the truth. What is truth? 2 + 2 = 4 Math is not racist Men cannot give birth CO2 is plant food, not poison War is not peace Ignorance is not strength Freedom is not slavery Every single person that knows the truth must speak the truth. When we hear their lies… we must not stay silent… we must SPEAK UP! If we don’t we will lose everything we believe we are protecting with our silence. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Mike Bryant, I thank you with all my heart for all you are and all you do to keep the truth alive. It matters. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 I have wrestled with my conscience on whether to post this comment, and my conscience won: My views on the kangaroo court conviction of Trump remain the same. This should NEVER have happened. The “justice” system is indeed broken. I wrote my poem because this heinous debacle is far bigger than Trump and should send a shiver down the spine of everyone. You’re next! That is the message. I also believe our justice system is broken for another reason – a reason far bigger than a president, a porn star, and undisclosed hush money. Every single person who instigated, pushed, or profited from Donald Trump’s “Warp Speed” venture is guilty of a crime against humanity. This injection is a bioweapon that has killed and maimed many. The crime continues. No one is stopping it and no one has been held responsible for it. I believe all the sideshows in this circus detract from the main event. In case anyone’s missed it that event is a democide, which continues to this day. Perhaps Trump and Biden should apologize to the American people for bowing to pressure from the international elite to employ totalitarian psychological warfare tactics on the public to brainwash American citizens during the plandemic. Many died and were disabled because they caved under government pressure and lies. This is the crime that should dominate the headlines… and many are looking the other way. Trump is still proud of “Operation Warp Speed” (backed 100% by the Democrat Party). Also, please note Trump is promoting “Freedom Cities” which are as far from “Freedom” as anyone could possibly imagine. These cities are known as “Fifteen Minute Cities” in the United Kingdom and many citizens are crushed that their government is working towards them. I believe everyone should make an informed decision, which is why I had to speak out, just as I did during COVID. I have heard people saying they are going to vote for the “lesser of the two evils”. But evil is evil – larger or lesser. Just saying. Reply Brian A. Yapko June 5, 2024 A very thoughtful comment, Susan — those from Joe, Mike and Josh as well. Here’s how I have to look at it: If Biden gets 4 more years, the antisemitism that has been poisoning the U.S. will be emboldened and will affect me personally and my home. In fact, it already has. If Biden gets 4 more years, Israel will find itself isolated as never before because the U.S. will end up betraying her — it already has. By 2028, Israel may well be a memory in the face of extraordinary aggression — and The Squad ,which by that time may number 100 in Congress and along with Obama, will control the White House. If Biden gets 4 more years, the transgender hegemony will be so entrenched that, like a cancer that has metastasized, there will be no way to reverse it. Parents will be denied the right to guide their own children or even prevent mutilations. Psychosis will be enforced as the law of the land. The erasure of women will be a fait accompli — we’re more than halfway there already. If Biden gets 4 more years, the immigration crisis we have seen will become so accelerated and expanded that the U.S. will become unrecognizable. There will be no more borders, no more wealth, no more security and endless chants of “Death to America.” If Biden gets 4 more years the justice system will end up resembling the Soviet Union more than America — we’re already halfway there. If Biden gets 4 more years, we may never again see a fair and free election. And Biden’s dementia is such that we are likely to see Kamala “Chuckles” Harris as the leader of the free world within two years. We know how well that will turn out. The writing is on the wall as to what dystopic horror another four years of Biden will mean. The way I see it, Trump is the one person left standing who can prevent another 4 years of Biden. I no longer care about his personal morals, his mistakes or his motivations. Trump now represents something far bigger. I must bite the bullet and vote for a man I once detested because the survival of my family is quite literally at stake and because my country cannot endure his NOT winning. If this were 1934 — and it IS — I would move heaven and Earth to make sure Hitler did not get elected. If this were 1940, I would never dream of not voting for Churchill when Britain was under attack, nor would I dream of not supporting Roosevelt in 1941 when the U.S. was under attack. If this were 1864, I would never dream of not voting for Lincoln despite the many mistakes he made in the Civil War — resulting in the deaths of thousands. Churchill and Roosevelt and Lincoln made horrendous mistakes and cost many lives because they were human and fallable. But these flawed men saved their countries, countless lives, inspired countless sacrifices that I feel duty-bound to honor and a future that we must continue to fight for. I have ideals which I hate to sacrifice. But they must be compromised… for now. Politics is the Art of the Possible. Not the Art of the Perfect. Even King David made deadly, selfish mistakes and betrayed the people’s trust in several ways. God forgave him and used him nonetheless. And from him sprang Solomon. And Jesus. I believe God has put a choice before us. It is no longer a choice between Biden and Trump. It is a choice between two different visions of the future. One of them is a dystopia of hate and gaslighting. The other is a return to sanity. I know which future I want to see and am willing to sacrifice for. Those are my two cents. For what they’re worth. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 Brian, thank you very much for your comment – worth far more than 2 cents to me. I was worried about posting how I felt, but I’m so glad I did. Both you and Joe have me thinking… deeply. Here is where I’m at. Based on what I’ve said, I don’t think Trump is on America’s side. Covid was the great reset, and Trump played an enormous part in its success wittingly or unwittingly, he played a horrible role. People are still reeling from the shock of it. People lost loved ones, businesses, and trust in every expert. I don’t think Trump was ignorant to Fauci’s track record. He also knew the jab was experimental. He certainly knew the sort of money these jabs were generating and the government deal with hospitals… huge payments for Covid deaths promoted murder on a massive scale. I fear that if Trump is elected in a landslide (by design of course as we haven’t got a vote as of the last election) that the great reset will be accomplished during his term, and it will be blamed on Trump’s voters. This has already happened in the UK with Brexit with every Brexiteer labeled a pariah. Dangerous stuff! I think we’ve been divided every which way by our governments by design. We’ve also been gaslit into the bargain. Yet, everything you and Joe have said has spoken to my conscience. I cannot be sure I am right with my concerns, which means I am thinking of voting having previously abandoned the idea. I will make my decision nearer the time. I thoroughly appreciate your words. Brian A. Yapko June 6, 2024 Thank you for hearing me out, Susan. I know you to be a person of deep conscience. If and when you vote I know that it will be your conscience — your better angels — which guide you. Mike as well. Regards and respect to you both. Joseph S. Salemi June 5, 2024 Presidents make mistakes, even the good guys. The tragedy of Trump was that he simply wasn’t a merciless bare-knuckles fighter, as all American politicians have to be. He should have broken the back of every time-serving, compromising RINO, and fired every single cabinet member who argued with him. But Trump was a real-estate man, used to making deals and trusting people. Well, that’s the way the dice tumbled. But not voting for Trump in the coming election, when everything is on the line, with the very possible outcome of a far-left dictatorship and a permanent woke bureaucracy, and a DEI-eviscerated military? You can’t be serious, Susan. That would be suicidal. I wish more people would re-read Machiavelli. Don’t mix morals with politics! Every politician has blood on his hands. Just make sure (if you want to survive) that your guys are the once who get elected. Back in the 1930s, a progressive Democrat went to President Roosevelt and complained that we were supporting a vicious, murderous dictator in Central America named Somoza. The progressive lamented all of Somoza’s sins, and said “The guy is a BASTARD! It’s immoral for us to support him!” FDR just looked back at him with a contemptuous smirk, and answered: “Yeah, but he’s OUR bastard. We need him.” I don’t care what Trump has done or not done, just as sane Israelis don’t care what Netanyahu has done or not done. As I said in a recent thread here, in combat you don’t care anything about the guy who is in the trench next to you — not his race, his religion, his opinions, his character, or his moral habits. All you care is that he is wearing the same uniform as you, and he’s pointing his rifle at the same enemy. Reply Mike Bryant June 5, 2024 Joe, I understand what you are talking about. Susan and I personally know too many people who have been murdered by the hospital protocols and by the jab. I also understand that most people believe that Donald Trump is our only hope. I cannot vote for anyone that I don’t trust, so I will pass this year. You will have to find two people that trust him to replace our votes. Reply Joseph S. Salemi June 5, 2024 Well, you have the right to vote however you please, or not to vote at all. It probably won’t make that much difference in Texas. But I should point out that the left is going to be gaslighting us frantically from now until November about how Trump is to blame for everything bad that has ever happened, including every death from COVID vaccination, and every death from COVID non-vaccination. It’s not logical, but the left doesn’t care about logic. As a general rule, we shouldn’t listen to enemy propaganda. Joshua C. Frank June 5, 2024 Mike, just wanted to let you know I’m with you and Susan on this one. Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 Joe, I understand all you say and agree with you for the most part. I just think the entire political arena is pure theater to incite wars and riots for the Globalists (already in power) to push forward with their agenda… and the likes of Netanyahu and Trump are and were already bought and paid for as proven by their scripted response to Covid – a step too far for me to support. Any president in power who kills citizens in the interest of their own bigger picture has lost my vote. Trump was in lockstep with every other Western world traitor. The redistribution of wealth has been a success and still the ordinary people on the street are being asked to donate millions. Trump’s promotion of “Freedom Cities” is global fascism – the very thing he claims to be fighting. Netanyahu is working alongside Tony Blair (Britain’s biggest warmonger) to secure peace in the Middle East. Tony Blair’s been trying to secure “peace” since he lied about the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Both sold their people to the Globalist cabal, just as Britain’s Boris Johnson did with his fake Brexit promises just to gain power. The Brits got Brexit in name only and are still being punished for it by the Globalists. They’re being made an example of to deter other EU members from leaving this tyrannical regime. Nothing’s changed for Great Britain. It’s just got worse with all the same problems Britain had before, and more. This is because the Western world has lost its power to tyranny. When our own governments are working for and with the WEF and not us, it’s over. We have people pouring over the border on our doorstep here in Texas with sex traffickers and drug pushers taking full advantage of people both sides of the border. The wall wasn’t built while Trump was in, and it still hasn’t been built. Operation Warp Speed kept our local hospitals and clinics in business. They’ve done a roaring trade experimenting on adults and children alike… babies of six months old are being experimented on in our town on the coastal plains, getting money from our government to do it. We’ve had riots in big cities and crime has gone up considerably. Joe, I championed Donald Trump and voted for him. His faults were all over the tabloids. I took no notice. I just read his manifesto and to me it made sense. As I said above, Covid was a huge deal… a make or break one. The people were lied to, gagged, locked down, experimented on without informed consent, churches were closed, some businesses were ruined, and some were enriched, according to the government’s plan – and that plan was and still is Globalism. Joe, I’m on the same page as you when you say: “in combat you don’t care anything about the guy who is in the trench next to you — not his race, his religion, his opinions, his character, or his moral habits.” – absolutely! The problem I have is I don’t think Donald Trump is on my side. Covid was my litmus test and Fauci’s track record stank to high heaven – Fauci, the guy doing gain of function experiments – the guy responsible for many deaths. Everyone knew what he did to the AIDs victims. Surely Trump was not ignorant to this. Even Deborah Birx admitted mistakes during Covid – but Trump is proud of his actions to this day. In March last year I was at a conference where I listened to families of victims killed and maimed by hospital protocols and the experimental shots. I listened to doctors and nurses who lost their jobs because they were whistleblowers or because they wouldn’t have the jab. I have two close friends who lost their husbands, I lost a friend, and I have heard countless stories from friends and colleagues whose loved ones were murdered… and Trump is still patting himself on the back for the way he dealt with Covid. I always respect what you have to say, and I thank you for your honesty. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 I’ve lost where I should be posting in this thread. I just wanted to say thank you, Josh – I would also like to say, I am still reading and still thinking, and my mind is always open to any new info that comes to light. I want the very best for America… but I’m somewhat lost. I believe we can still make a difference at the local level, but I think the fix is in where the bigger picture is concerned. I really do hope I’m wrong and I’m looking for glimmers of hope on the horizon. If you see any, let me know. Mike Bryant June 5, 2024 When many wanted to make their concerns known on January 6, there were those who warned those good-hearted patriots that it was a set-up. Now some of those patriots (including grandmothers!) have committed suicide, some have been ruined financially and some are serving long terms in prison. Who is standing for them now? Is November 5 a similar setup… will agents be at polling places starting trouble while only patriots are arrested? Will conservatives be blamed for the predations of state agitators again? Will bird flu be weaponized like Covid was? Fauci IS funding gain of research again. Will we be required to get the bird flu jab? Will elections be cancelled due to WWIII? As they have been in Ukraine? Will there be climate lockdowns? Will the hundreds of thousands of military age “asylum seekers” be weaponized for an American version of krystallnacht against conservatives? I don’t know, but I do know that there are complicated plans being worked out right now. The liars will lie and the good-hearted will be made to suffer. Whatever happens, you can bet that it will not slow down the further impoverishment, imprisonment and killing of “deplorable” Americans. We are at war against the globalists. Did you see the vote on Ukraine funding? There is no left or right… the neocons are running everything. Reply Anon. June 6, 2024 If Trump is one of them he will be the next president if he is not then he won’t be . Simply will not be allowed, to give him power to go after them now. Assassination , too obvious, heart attack hasn’t happened and so Biden will get reelected. Patriots will be appalled so another win win situation as far as they are concerned. More engineered suffering for Americans . Watch out for set ups. Trump may have given in to the covid debacle but he did not go as far as the Canadian one . Is that why he is not wanted now? or is it because there were no wars on his watch? He may have made mistakes but the benefit of the doubt is he may have mitigated what might have been, seeing as he was under enormous pressure. Only time will tell. Maybe he wasn’t with them but now is. perhaps he had to cave in. Either way they are winning, know that it all has gone too far and that is why they don’t care who knows it. The only thing left is for young Americans to get married have as many children as they can regardless of the circumstances. It is no good fighting for a country if you have nobody to hand it to. They want people to give up. They want people not to marry. Not to have children. Defeat them by doing the opposite. Voting is almost irrelevant compared to this issue. Every culture knows the importance of numbers. Go forth and multiply. The only ones that have forgotten is present day westerners. Again by design! Feminism, abortions, constant belittling of large families etc. The war has had many fronts but they are all heinous. The jabs have done enormous damage. But in the midst of death though there should be life. Not depression, suicide or angst. They love that. And hate the opposite. is it not written ‘ I have put before you life and death, choose life’ That is our wonderful loving God, Only Satan, chooses death. I am sorry as I know you all know this already but I thought it might be worth putting it in writing. Because they love the turmoil they cause as they know it detracts good, young people from focusing on what really matters in life. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 6, 2024 Thank you very much for reading this thread and for your thoughtful comments. You make some important points – many of which I wrestle with. Having witnessed Boris Johnson’s thorough betrayal of the British people over Brexit, I fear America is heading down the same duplicitous path. I love your positivity on the marriage-and-children front. We have bought the wicked overpopulation lie for far too long. We the people have been lied to every which way and then some, which is why I’m in deep-thinking mode. Every comment on here is helping me to get my head around this mess and you have played a big part. Thank you very much indeed. Reply Joshua C. Frank June 7, 2024 Anon, I couldn’t agree with you more. Except that birth rates are declining in every country as the world modernizes. Even groups once known for their large families, such as the Hutterites, are modernizing, and their total fertility rate is dropping by one whole child per woman every decade! Thus the culture of death is seizing our last weapon against them by making it harder and harder to have large families in every way imaginable. I haven’t seen you here before, so I think you’ll be interested in searching my name to see some poems on those exact subjects. The swamp is not all-powerful, despite its wielding a lot of power. Furthermore, it might be that not every election has been rigged by the swamp, and that not every politician is part of the swamp. It is possible that the swamp creatures rigged the US 2016 election against Trump, but that they failed to defeat his candidacy because they underestimated how many citizens in battleground states ended up voting for Trump’s overall campaign platform, whereby his Electoral Vote count ended up being higher than Clinton’s allegedly artificially inflated Popular Vote count. If the swamp also rigged the US 2020 election in part through the use of mail-in voting, and has conspired to rig the US 2024 election, then it is possible the only way for President Trump to return to the White House is for citizen in battleground states, if not across the country, to do what the citizens in battleground states did in 2016, and thus to end up voting for his overall campaign platform in much higher numbers than the swamp is expecting them to. It might be that rigging an election is not an exact science. If the US 2024 election were to be rigged by the swamp’s voting machines and handheld optical scanners that are basically portable voting machines, whereby it turned out that 100% of the votes were for President Brandon, and 0% of the votes were for President Trump, and 0% were for RFK Jr., then not even blackface-Trudeau would declare Brandon the winner of that election. Thus it can be surmised that in order for a rigged election to seem as though it was not rigged, the votes for each candidate must be within a certain margin. Within that range is the possibility for there to be a margin of error regarding the computer model calculations of the swamp creatures, whereby despite their having rigged the election to a substantial degree, they nonetheless fail to prevent President Trump, for example, from returning to the White House as the legitimate winner of the upcoming US 2024 election. The failure of using computer models to correctly guestimate the number of voters for Trump’s overall campaign platform in battleground states, was what might have happened in the US 2016 election. If that was what happened, then it might happen that the US 2024 election results in President Trump returning to the White House, even if the swamp conspired to rig that election to a substantial degree, which turned out to be not enough of a substantial degree. Regarding the debate as to whether or not Trump is part of the swamp, it seems to me that he probably isn’t, in part because the known swamp creature politicians who hate him are not such talented actors whereby they could feign their having such a high amount of personal contempt for him, while also being friends with him behind the scenes. The swamp creature politicians who have Trump Derangement Syndrome are not like Hulk Hogan and his opponents that he faced in the wrestling ring, and who regularly went out for beers together after their wrestling matches. Nor are they like the way that the bearded and battle-hardened NHL hockey players at the conclusion of every playoff series line up to shake hands, to congratulate each other on having played a well-fought series. There is an uncontrollable level of irrational hatred for President Trump that his political opponents have for him. That degree of mental illness is probably not something that can be faked by the swamp creatures in both parties who have declared themselves to be his enemies, despite their being adept at lying to the face of the general public on a regular basis. Case in point: That time when Nancy Pelosi gave into her Trump Derangement Syndrome, whereby that wicked witch of the West went out of her mind, and then as part of her tantrum proceeded to rip up her copy of President Trump’s State of the Union speech, as shown in the final 20 seconds of this Sky News video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvJkcCRyVSI Unless the entire lot of them, Trump included, are really Terminator robots that have been programmed by Skynet, or clones that have been brainwashed by space aliens, it isn’t very believable that Nancy Pelosi and other Trump Derangement Syndrome swamp creatures when off-duty are secretly on the same side as President Trump. It would essentially be a system of slavery where, through consumption and entertainment, the slaves would love their servitudes.” Aldous HUXLEY (1894-1963) Joseph S. Salemi June 9, 2024 Lannie, thank you for this clear, intelligent, and cool analysis of the electoral realities that face us in the coming election. This is the kind of unemotional, unfrenzied, and — most importantly — morality-free thinking that is absolutely essential in battle. Your Canadian voice has spoken the plain facts. The liberal-left hates Trump and his supporters (us, that is), with the very same malignant and murderous hatred that the Nazis had for the Jews and the Slavs. This hatred is so manifest in everything that they do or say that it CANNOT be faked or pretended. Thinking that they secretly support Trump as one of their own, or that Trump is somehow on their side, is in itself some kind of crazy conspiracy theory. I have always said that the unshakable (and suicidal) tendency in American conservative and rightist thinking is its pathological fixation on Categorical Imperatives, moral codes, gentlemanly behavior, proper conduct, and an absurd need to find socially-sanctioned perfection in its political candidates. Elections are not morality contests! The election of 2024 isn’t a tea party or a parish social. IT’S A MAJOR WAR, that will have long-lasting historical consequences for both the United States and the Western world. Deciding now to not vote for Trump because he has made some mistakes, or because he doesn’t quite measure up to Protestant Sunday-School ethics or to Catholic Catechism answers or to Kantian Idealism, is so utterly misdirected that, like Sherlock Homes, I think I’ll retire to Sussex and keep bees. Susan Jarvis Bryant June 9, 2024 Thank you, Lannie and Joe. I would like to point out that I understand presidents make mistakes and I understand they are sinful human beings. I read the screaming headlines on Trump’s foul mouth and sexual dalliances before I voted for him the first time round because I thought the state of the US was a far bigger problem than Trump’s conduct. I dislike sweeping generalizations and I certainly don’t fit Joe’s perception of the “pathological fixation” of “American conservative and rightist thinking” where politics are concerned. I am fully aware that “Elections are not morality contests” BUT, for me, morals do play a part. I am certainly not going to vote for a godless candidate who trots along proudly and arrogantly with depopulation and utopian techno-prison plans for America’s future. How is that any better or different than the Globalist view being pushed by the current administration? Joe, you say, “The liberal-left hates Trump and his supporters (us, that is), with the very same malignant and murderous hatred that the Nazis had for the Jews and the Slavs”. I believe the current administration hates anyone and everyone who isn’t on board with their sick ideologies, regardless of whose side they’re on. It boils down to good versus evil, not left versus right. But that’s talking in moral terms, which should apparently be overlooked when it comes to politics. For me, there doesn’t appear to be one candidate up for election worth the blood of any soldier who fought and died for our vote and our freedoms. It may be time for me to bow out with an aching heart and build a hive to house the bees in my bonnet. Morals suck! Joseph S. Salemi June 9, 2024 Morals do indeed suck, especially when they cause you to lose a war. We didn’t have morals in World War II, when both the U.S. and Great Britain allied themselves with the Soviet Union, a murderous, enslaved, inhuman, genocidal state that actively planned to impose Communism on the entire planet. We didn’t have morals when we firebombed two militarily unimportant targets like Dresden and Nagasaki causing thousands of civilian casualties. We did all of that — and much, much more — and have just finished celebrating it three days ago. We did that because we had to win the war, and nothing else mattered. Reply Susan Jarvis Bryant June 9, 2024 I agree. The British people were convinced Churchill was on their side during WWII. We were aligned against a common enemy together with the majority of the world. Times have changed. The enemy is now within. All I’m pointing out is democide and the plans for “Freedom City” utopia might indicate that we are losing this war and the person pushing these goals might not be who we think he is. Don’t forget Trump happily and willingly signed the “CARES Act” during Covid which is a big reason why we’re in a huge financial mess and many died and were injured by the shots and the hospital protocols. This act funded murder while we received our hush money (by design). The Globalists want us to walk quietly and submissively to our techno-gulags, totally dependent upon them… and Trump assisted them in their goal. Many think Trump’s actions were unwitting. I’m not so sure… I’m still thinking. As my poem asks, “where do we go from here?” – I believe any remaining power is more inclined to be at a local and not a federal, level. I simply have to tell it as I see it. People may not agree with what I say. People may not like what I have to say. But I have to say it. I’m still thinking and watching carefully. I have been wrong in the past and I very much hope I’m wrong now. The reason I’m posting this is anyone thinking of voting for Trump (and I still haven’t ruled it out) should hold his feet to the fire. Bird flu is creeping up on us. The experimental shots (not tested on humans) are lined up and ready to go. This must NEVER happen again. Frank June 14, 2024 It’s easy to point fingers and say others have gone insane when you’re part of the insanity. Leftists flee the places where they’ve taken over and metastasize to other states, then they whine about having to suffer the consequences of the politics they take with them. Reply Joseph S. Salemi June 14, 2024 Why is Arizona becoming a blue state? Simple — the voluntary exodus of Californians to that state to escape the idiocies of left-liberal government. What happens then? These new California immigrants to Arizona continue to vote the Democrat ticket, mindlessly and relentlessly, so that all the horrors of Newsome’s rule are replicated in Arizona. Will anyone stand up and deny that left-liberals are mentally deranged? The behavior of these California immigrants is not just political ignorance — it’s pure, brain-damaged idiocy. Joshua C. Frank June 14, 2024 I don’t think it’s idiocy. I think there’s some malice involved. They want us all dead or assimilated. It’s not just Arizona. It’s all the red states. Conservatives have mostly been assimilated into the culture of death because of the media’s influence, so leftists are emboldened to plant their flags here, even where I am. I mean “flags” literally; I went to a small town an hour and a half from where I am, and it’s full of so-called “progress pride flags” (rainbow flags with triangular union). Joseph S. Salemi June 14, 2024 You’re saying people come to red states as part of some generalized conspiracy to take over. That’s really just not plausible. People make a major move of their domicile to another state for real-world personal reasons: better jobs, fewer taxes, less bureaucratic control, access to good schooling, low crime, cleaner air, etc. There might be a few left-wing morons who think they are part of some “great commission” of conversion, but most persons are not that ideologized. The issue is mental habits, which are difficult to shake. People leave California for all the right reasons, but it never occurs to them to shake off their California mental habits. And many of them just think of voting as a mere historical trait (like a taste for a certain cuisine) that has no actual consequences. Joshua C. Frank June 14, 2024 No, I mean the whole thing is orchestrated by the same people who orchestrated the leftist infiltration and poisoning of every institution; perhaps I should have been more clear about that. They want the opposition neutralized (perhaps “neutered” would be a better description), and even now, it’s the red states that have more of the opposition than anywhere else. What better way to win without firing a shot than to use people as unwitting pawns to colonize the red states? (Or maybe the unwitting pawns are what you meant by “idiocy?”) It’s common to attribute the failure of our government and the decline of our culture to simple idiocy, but if that were true, they’d be as likely to think or do something good as to think or do something bad. Yet this is not what we observe. Rather, every facet of modern culture is set up in direct opposition to God’s revelation. The probability of this happening by simple error is so low as to be negligible. That’s enough evidence for certainty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. Joseph S. Salemi June 15, 2024 If you call those persons who are leaving the blue states for the red ones “unwitting pawns,” you are already presuming that they are controlled by some kind of overarching conspiracy. That makes no sense, because the left-liberal rulers of the blue states are very angry and troubled about the loss of these people, and the tax money that they represent. In addition, electoral representation in those states losing population will decline, and they will have fewer votes in the electoral college. The Democrat Party is terrified by these demographic shifts. So how can you possibly see it is all part of some plot on their side? Josh, I mean no disrespect. But trying to explain everything that happens by reference back to “God’s revelation” simply does not work all the time. Joshua C. Frank June 15, 2024 I’ve come to see that, simply by the laws of probability, all of the modern world has been engineered against all that is good, holy, and true. I don’t pretend to know who did it, but I don’t need to know who did it to know it was done. The Democratic Party has no need to fear. California will always be a blue state, and because immorality is a far stronger influence than morality, Californians will turn any state they invade in droves into a blue state. By the way, I thought about your comment about the difficulty of breaking habits. I’ve known too many Californians to think that’s the reason. They think they’re better than everyone else, and so adapting to a red state’s culture would be as bad in their minds as living like the animals here. That’s how much contempt they have for anyone to the right of Kamala Harris. It’s even worse than the supposed “racism” they accuse all white people of harboring. Mike Bryant June 14, 2024 From a meme: It didn’t start with gas chambers. It started with one party controlling the media. One party controlling the message. One party deciding what is truth. One party censoring speech and silencing opposition. One party dividing citizens into US and THEM and calling on their supporters to harass THEM. It started when good people turned a blind eye and let it happen. Take care, M & C
James Sale May 31, 2024 Thanks Susan – a great and impassioned piece. Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 James, you make some excellent observations on the English / America getting-away-with-crap front. Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Laura, you are right. It is a “truly disturbing event”, and I thank you for reading and commenting on my poem. Reply

Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 C.B., you are so right when you say, “this is far from over. Stand fast!” – what a fine mess the Western world has gotten itself into. This poem might serve to open a few more eyes to the ill wind blowing in preparation for the hurricane on the horizon. C.B., thank you for your keen eye and honesty! Reply
Julian D. Woodruff May 31, 2024 The rallying cry is the chorus: So where are we supposed to go from here? A response is going to be needed, but dangerous. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Julian, I think all those who recognize the injustices of this world should stand up and speak up now without considering how it will impact them personally. Reply
Lannie David Brockstein May 31, 2024 Susan, we patriotic Canadians felt like this when during the truly peaceful 2022 Freedom Convoy protest at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, the Emergencies Act was unjustly implemented by the government “whose cabinet has been penetrated by the WEF”, to paraphrase Chuck De Nomolos, I mean Klaus Schwab. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Lannie, I thoroughly appreciate your wise words and I am sure many readers will gain from reading your enlightening comment. Reply
Brian A. “So where are we supposed to go from here?” Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Brian, thank you for reading and for commenting. Reply
Norma Pain June 1, 2024 I appreciate your poem very much Susan. Here in Canada, things are changing, seemingly for the worse but I am hoping that a great awakening will happen and the tide will eventually turn. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Norma, I am sorry to hear about Canada – the same thing is happening in my homeland and in Europe. Thank you! Reply
Joshua C. Period. “If we cannot detach from failed hopes, failed dreams, unrealized goals – if we cannot accept the bitterest trials and disappointments, then we are not worthy of Christ.” Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Josh, what a profound comment with some truly eye-opening quotes. 🙂 Reply
jd June 2, 2024 I agree with all of the above. This is a hard-driving poem written by the best hard-driving poet among us. Sorry though, nothing will “serve as a wake-up call” if all the forward marching atrocities haven’t done so already. The quote from Joshua Frank says it all. I only wish I knew whom we could thank for it. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 jd, thank you so much for this, and I can most certainly see where you’re coming from with this sagacious observation, “nothing will “serve as a wake-up call” if all the forward marching atrocities haven’t done so already”. History tells us that we already have one foot in the gulag… but, ever the optimist – it’s only one foot and I’m going to do all in my power to get the word out. I hope all those waking up right this minute feel exactly the same as I do. Thank you for your continued support and your appreciation. Reply
Mike Bryant June 2, 2024 Where do we go from here? Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 2, 2024 Mike Bryant, I thank you with all my heart for all you are and all you do to keep the truth alive. It matters. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 I have wrestled with my conscience on whether to post this comment, and my conscience won: My views on the kangaroo court conviction of Trump remain the same. Reply
Brian A. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 Brian, thank you very much for your comment – worth far more than 2 cents to me.
Reply
Mike Bryant June 5, 2024 Joe, I understand what you are talking about. Susan and I personally know too many people who have been murdered by the hospital protocols and by the jab. I also understand that most people believe that Donald Trump is our only hope. I cannot vote for anyone that I don’t trust, so I will pass this year. You will have to find two people that trust him to replace our votes. Reply
Joseph S.
Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 5, 2024 I’ve lost where I should be posting in this thread.
Reply
Anon. Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 6, 2024 Thank you very much for reading this thread and for your thoughtful comments. Reply
Joshua C. Reply

Mike Bryant June 9, 2024 “The perfect dictatorship would have the appearance of a democracy, but would basically be a prison without walls in which the prisoners would not even dream of escaping. It would essentially be a system of slavery where, through consumption and entertainment, the slaves would love their servitudes.” Aldous HUXLEY (1894-1963)
Joseph S.
Reply
Susan Jarvis Bryant June 9, 2024 I agree. Reply

Joshua C. Frank June 14, 2024 It’s easy to point fingers and say others have gone insane when you’re part of the insanity. Leftists flee the places where they’ve taken over and metastasize to other states, then they whine about having to suffer the consequences of the politics they take with them. Reply
Joseph S.
Reply
