inspired by a T-shirt at a Boston freedom rally
You may be wondering why
Freedom had to die.
You may be wondering why
Freedom had to die.
If you were wondering why
Freedom had to die,
Here’s why:
The protected
Need to be protected
From the unprotected
By forcing the unprotected
To get the protection
That didn’t protect
The protected.
One more time:
The protected
Need to be protected
From the unprotected
By forcing the unprotected
To get the protection
That didn’t protect
The protected.
So if you’re wondering why
Freedom had to die,
If you were wondering why
Freedom had to die,
If you were wondering why
Freedom had to die,
That’s why.

Your song is deadly serious and deadly accurate, and I nonetheless found myself laughing.
Well done!
Way to go, good song. The obvious just cannot be stated too often, at least until the herd starts to get the drift. I also like how this comedian explains this same topic:

This marvelous song highlights the nonsensical approach of those who have absolutely no clue when it comes to meaningless “medical” mantra. I hope this wonderful music with an important message gets through to those who have been led up the government’s garden path to lunacy. Thank you!
