Ron L. Hodges earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English (creative writing focus) from San Diego State University; he attained his Master’s Degree in English Literature (19thcentury concentration) from CSU Long Beach. After an extended break from creative writing, Ron began composing poetry just a few years ago. His work has thus far appeared in Ancient Paths Literary Magazine, Calvary Cross, A Time of Singing, The Road Not Taken, and the 2015 and 2016 Society of Classical Poets Journal. Ron took first place in The Society of Classical Poets 2016 poetry competition.
